Online booking for adults groups
The abbey has introduced online booking for adult groups for self-guided tours: visibility of the schedule over several months, booking at any time, immediate purchase or option to reserve are among the advantages offered by this new system!
- Simplify and speed up your bookings by accessing the online schedule and selecting your preferred time slot(s).
- To optimise visitor flow and enhance our visitors experience, time slots for 50 or 100 visitors are available.
- For greater flexibility, you can place options: up to 30 options are possible; confirmation (payment for the visit) is required no later than 30 days before the visit date (24-hour option period for independent tour guides).
Please note:
- Bookings will open in June 2026 for visits from 1 October 2026 onwards.
- Online booking does not apply to other types of visits (lecture tours, etc.), school groups, youth groups or specific public groups.
To access the platform:
- If you already have a professional account: log in now to the CMN's professional e-ticketing service
- If you do not yet have a professional account: create your account on the CMN's professional e-ticketing platform
Any questions?
You may find the answer here, otherwise please do not hesitate to contact the Abbey's reservations department.
New conditions of access for groups:
- For self-guided adult groups, booking is compulsory for groups of 10 or more. Bookings must be made online only. For other types of visit and all other groups, booking is compulsory regardless of group size. Bookings must be made directly with the booking office.
- It is essential to adhere to the booked time slot.
- Any group arriving without a booking or outside the booked time slot will be refused entry.
- On arrival at the abbey, the group must join the designated queue.
- You must show your time-stamped tickets. One ticket is required per person. Tickets must be distributed to each participant in advance so that they can be presented individually at the checkpoint.
- The group leader must supervise their group from the start to the end of the tour.
- Groups and guided tours are not permitted during European Heritage Days.
