Striking, original and envelopingly beautiful! An exceptional immersion in poetry, offered by the Louvre, the Centre des monuments nationaux for the Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel and the Printemps des Poètes.

For the 28th edition of Printemps des Poètes, let yourself be carried away both audibly and visually by the surging creative energy of international poetry!

In a few words

A sound installation for you to hear!

In March 2024, the medieval Louvre hosted a soundtrack featuring readings by ninety-five poets of works dedicated to the museum and published in the anthology Poésie du Louvre (Seghers, 2024). From Wolof to Occitan, from English to Chinese, dozens of languages were present: these voices resonated for six months.

Since then, the soundtrack has travelled. In January 2026, it was presented for ten days in New York at the avant-garde venue The Kitchen.

A poetic fresco "A garden by the sea

Designed around the theme "A garden by the sea", the fresco brings together a series of poetic extracts that express the profound beauty of Mont-Saint-Michel,

where the sea meets the greenery and the greenery meets the shores.
